My Day in Three for today:
- Monday, the first day of this work week. Oh wait, no, it’s Tuesday already. I probably thought that six or seven times today while looking at my calendar. The luxury of a four-day workweek, which we have a few of in April and May in Europe, and I love them.
- I did my workouts at the gym this morning:20 minutes working on my core, 25 minutes of Fartlek running on the treadmill, and 10 minutes of cycling to cool down after my run. I plan to keep this schedule for at least another four weeks before testing my endurance and pacing.
- My son is turning 18 next week, which means he needs to become financially independent and handle his own finances. I helped him prepare for this tonight.
