This was a 45-minute easy pace run that went well. I’m happy with my results. As it’s very sunny, warm, and humid today, I ran in the half shade as much as I could. I feel my body is recovering and getting stronger again. I will keep this up for now, as there is absolutely no need to intensify anything.
I’m collecting 52 songs in 52 weeks. Every Friday afternoon, I add a song to my playlist. The aim is to capture my energy and feelings for that particular Friday with the chosen song.

Deadly Secrets by Robert Bryndza is a crime thriller in the Erika Foster series. This is the sixth out of eight books in the series. I’m suffering from completion syndrome reading this series, as I don’t enjoy the books as much as I do from other Scandinavian crime series, yet I still want to read them all.
