🛫 Milan – Bremen 🛬

After a little over 36-hours in Milan I’m already on my way to Germany this morning. I had a great day with our team in Italy yesterday and enjoyed our visit to the ‘Last Supper’ and the Duomo last night.

🛫 Amsterdam – Milan 🛬

I’m flying out to Milan this Monday evening for four days of European travel with my team from the US, who came over this week. I will be in our Milan office on Tuesday, in our German office on Wednesday, and on Thursday, in our UK office.

It’s going to be a busy and fun week, again.

Week 6 of my half marathon training plan

Week 6 was a good week for running. I slowed down on my longer and recovery runs and intensified my training during my two interval/speed runs. I covered a total distance of almost 28 kilometers this week, more than double that of last week.
