Yesterday, I attempted to merge my two social media accounts in the Fediverse by redirecting my followers from to @camiel@camiel.schoonens.nl.
Although the merge was successful, the outcome was not what I expected. Therefore, I have reverted everything, and my original account is active again. You can follow me at @camiel for social interactions in the Fediverse—apologies for the inconvenience.
Yesterday, Willem reminded me about the importance of consistency in running. He was right; I’ve known this all along, but I guess I just needed an extra push to get motivated again.
So here I am on the local track tonight, ready for a 25-minute run that includes a 20-minute ‘Fartlek’ exercise.
I’ve been struggling to keep my running consistency up this week. My last run was on Saturday, and although I planned for two short morning runs on Monday and Tuesday, I couldn’t complete them because my mind was playing tricks on me.
I’m happy with getting tonight’s run in, from here, the only way is up!
