My Day in Three for today:
- I caught up with my local team in the office today, and we discussed all sorts of work topics. It’s good to see them in person again.
- I enjoyed the skip-level meeting with my team members in the UK and India. I’ve been doing this twice a year for two years now, and I like how the team is candid and transparent with me. Together with my leadership team, we’ve clearly created a safe space.
- I watched another two episodes of Sergio over de Grens (Dutch) tonight. I like this series so much that I might finish the whole third season before the weekend.
