I completed another run in Italy today. This time, I went out for a 5-kilometer recovery run, which was tough after last night's cheese and pizza. I covered the distance in 35:24, keeping an average pace of 7:03 per kilometer at temperatures already around 30 degrees at 8:30 in the morning.
