Run Log 20250622

I tested out my new easy and long run shoes this morning during a short 4-kilometer easy run. These Asics are the same model as my past three pairs; they are just a different color (and a better one if you ask me). There is always something magical to the first 100 meters on a new pair of running shoes; it's in those 100 meters that you feel your previous ones weren't good at all anymore after 630+ kilometers.
