Hill workout on the treadmill

Thirty-five minutes on the treadmill with a hill program. I kept the incline between 1% and 8%, alternating every few minutes. Not the most glamorous way to run, but effective when you can't get outside because of the heat and humidity today. Hopefully I can go outside again tomorrow morning.
