Early morning recovery run

Started today with another early morning run. This time I went out for a 5K recovery run as my legs are still a bit heavy from yesterday and the indoor training from last weekend. It feels good to be running again early in the morning to charge myself for the rest of the day.

My plan is to take a rest day from running tomorrow and only do some indoor cycling in the gym.
