Om Malik

I caught this sad news in my RSS feed today. Tech writer and photographer Om Malik passed away last week. I loved his tech essays, especially his recent work. You should have a look if you aren't familiar with it. Losing a writer of his calibre always makes me a little sad. Good writing is a craft, and every time we lose someone who practiced it well, something is lost with them. Om was also a profound photographer. John Gruber has written a wonderful obituary.
