I’m heading to the North Sea Jazz Festival in Rotterdam this afternoon and getting in the mood by listening to the ‘North Sea Jazz Sunday 2025‘ playlist on Spotify. It’s a shame that playlists like this aren’t available on my preferred streaming service, Apple Music.

I’m experiencing a small motivational dip this week regarding my running exercises. It’s Wednesday morning, and I still haven’t completed a run.
I will go out tonight after work. I asked my wife and kids to help me remember this commitment.

I just finished the sixth book in the Erika Foster series, and wow, it’s the most enjoyable one yet! It really strikes a balance between pace and tension.
