It’s time to prepare for my flight back home again after two and a half productive workdays. I’m going home with a smile because of what I achieved here and because my wife just texted me that she booked lunch for tomorrow afternoon for the two of us in a local restaurant. This is quality time to look forward to.

Just like yesterday, I did another 05:00 treadmill run today here in the hotel. This time, I did a Fartlek exercise, which is to do at a consistent pace on the treadmill.

I’m on my way to the US for the first time in 2025. The last time I was there was in November 2024. This business trip is short and packed with work meetings back-to-back. One advantage of this packed agenda is that I’m returning home again before the weekend. While I love traveling for work nothing beats being home.
