My Day in Three for today:
- It’s 2020 all over again, with the kids home for online schooling and my wife and me working from home. Because of heavy snowfall and icy roads, commuting to work and school is it impossible. It feels like the whole country has come to a halt when it comes to transportation. School has already announced that it will offer online lessons for the next two days, and there’s also government advice not to leave the house tomorrow morning.
- As I’m working in the EST time zone this week, I have the mornings off. Because of that, I went out for a walk this morning and brought my camera to take some pictures of the landscape. You might’ve already seen them.
- I had an important executive committee presentation today with my team. It was this meeting for which I was supposed to be in New York this week. The presentation went well, and we worked together pretty well as a team. I’ve also started reviewing a keynote presentation that’s been designed for me. The first draft needs some further work before it’s ready as stage material.
