It had been a while again, but I finally got a run in this morning. I’m still in Scottsdale, Arizona, and the weather is bad, so it had to be a treadmill run. I did 30 minutes at an easy pace, covering a little over 5,5 kilometers. On to the next one, hopefully it will be an outside run tomorrow morning.
