The Secret to Leading Organizational Change Is Empathy 🔖

Studies on organizational change show that leaders across the board agree: if you want to lead a successful transformation, communicating empathetically is critical. But the truth is that most leaders don’t actually know how to do it.

Interesting take on the profiling of the employees during a change process to adapt change communication to each of these employee groups. While this methodology is well known to me when it comes to introducing new product I had never thought about doing the same for my employees during an organisational transformation.
